Ten clues, twenty-three squares, a few minutes. Every answer is a common English word or name.
- Tap a square to select it. Tap it again to switch between across and down.
- Type with your keyboard or the letters below the grid. The cursor moves on by itself.
- Tab or Enter jumps to the next clue. Arrow keys move around the grid.
- Check crosses out wrong letters; Reveal letter fills the selected square.
About mini crossword
A mini crossword is a small crossword, usually 5×5 squares, that takes a few minutes to solve. Answers cross each other, so every letter is checked by two clues.
The first crossword puzzle was created by Arthur Wynne and printed in the New York World on 21 December 1913.
